He Tohu Kāinga are providing an affordable rental option for those who are trying to achieve the Kiwi dream of home ownership but are needing a hand up to get there. We have 15 houses – made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, available for working whānau on a fixed term tenancy.

To be eligible you must:

• Be a low-income earner

• Working to try and own your own home

• Actively saving towards a home deposit

• Open to live and engage in a papakāinga environment

• Willing to work with multiple services and agencies to achieve home ownership
